Today was busy.
I had nearly a full day of respite as i had to go back to the Drs & have tests & get some previous results.
My asthma is not responding to the meds I'm on so another direction we will try.
Im breathless coughing & exhausted most of the time.
Hormonal teenage girls are not helping.
Someone we know had a they're precious baby today:)
It was a complicated pregnancy & I've been praying for a good outcome.
A healthy though tiny boy was born today Mama & bubba doing well. Praise God.
Im happy for this little family.
The girls are rather over me taking photos of them & I'm sad.
Not sure if i should keep up with this project as the subject matter is starting to object. It all has me baffled WHAT teenage girl doesn't like taking photos!!!!!!!!!
Today i took photos of hubby & the doggas.

Hubby ran around our huge backyard with these puppies.
Jelly was so tired she just plonked herself down at the end:)
Buddy doesn't want dad to pat anyone but him.

Its been quiet here today.
Boo spent most of the day in her room studying & Ez was at The Boys place having a family celebration till really late.


Ez came home very tired which for Ez always turns into tears.
She had a big week & two REALLY late nights & now the aftermath is not good.
I cuddle use all the right words & convince her to go to bed.
My sweet Ez loves her sleep & has never coped when over tired.
Boo was still in her room studying.

Hello Saturday!
Im beginning to lose all hope of having a Saturday where i do my favourite Saturday things.
SOON this has to change.
I just want to spend my saturday at amazing markets wandering through suburbs where i dream of living & visiting one lovely coffee shop after another *sigh* I'm sure it will happen soon!
My darling girls are both out.
Ez has gone out with The Boy & his family for the Papas birthday & Boo is visiting Her Friend.
So i took a photo of the hubby & our exciting Saturday night.

Yay for Friday:)))))
I had 3 hours respite, i would have LOOOVED more BUT its better than nothing.
I went shopping had a lovely morning tea & saw a hundred things i dream of buying. 
I did buy a skirt & some makeup, Natio had a great sale which i was thrilled about. i only use makeup hair products & body washers that are not tested on animals. these are hard to find & not a great range close by.
Ez went to a party with The Boy & I'm sitting here a worrying. . .of course!

Boo was chatting to me when i realised id forgotten to get a pic & Jelly has to be wherevever i am.

This week is dragging on.
Staying at home ALL the time is beginning to wear me down.
Ive been looking after mum since August & i need a holiday!!!!!!!

Both girls had after school stuff on & got home quite late.

My girls are busy busy busy.
Boo has a lot of work, new school new subjects.
Ez is in her last year of high school & has LOTS of assessments which equals LOTS of stress.
I try to keep the supply of fruit chocolate candy & liquid refreshments supplied & pray she is gentle on herself.

The beginning of yet another week.
I was able to got to the Drs today, yay me.
My asthma is not responding to meds & I'm feeling very unwell STILL.
I have new puffers & praying i respond well SOON.

Today was lovely.

Dear friends came for lunch, it was delightful i LOVE visitors!!!!!!!!!!

Ez & The Boy were happy to do some posing for me.

They are a little cute.

I have enjoyed each & every stage of my children's lives, probably some more than others.

My girls are very easy teenagers & I realise how blessed i am.

They are great people & i love spending time with them.

Saturday. . .& still no outing.

Although i have enjoyed my peaceful saturdays with my Darlings, they fill my life with joy.
This is our foster dog Pattie Chops.
She goes off to Queensland on Tuesday & we will miss her LOTS!

Ez & The Boy came home early today.
Well they decided to dress in matching long johns.

Im not getting much done at the moment i STILL have this virus, I've never been sick for this long.
No body is getting much sleep sorry hubby as i cough ALL night.
Boo had a school thing on tonight.
So we gulped down dinner & ran out the door to be there by 7 & yes we made it.
BUT i didn't get a photo:(

Valentines Day today my dear hubby asked Ez to get some chocolates for me & in turn she asked me to show her what i liked, i think they both missed the point.
I was happy all the same,
My hubby is NOT romantic or particularly  good with presents.

My girls were super busy today & i STILL have this virus.
So i thought id give a Jelly the Pug update!
Jellys surgery went very well & she is doing much much better.
We have been back to the vet a bit though. the poor girl got an infection in the wound, in case of weak stomachs ill spare you the details:)
We went back today & he is impressed with her progress.
She has to have more antibiotics BUT. . . drum roll please Miss Jelly has lost another kilo now she is 10.8:)))))))

Today involved LOTS of driving.
Ez had to get her assessment copied & binder, nothing like leaving it till the last minute!
Then Ez had to go to something to do with her friend who recently lost her Dad.
In between i raced off to the shop for essentials.


At present I'm trying to buy a new camera.
Ive done my research & i know what i want & WHAT i can afford.
Since dropping down to one income its been a BIG struggle & a new camera REALLY is a HUGE luxury.
But i do have THE best hubby & he flippantly tells me to just buy it.
We can only afford a second hand one & this worries me as i don't know how to tell if it all ok.
Its still a lot of money.

Its SATURDAY!!!!!
I do love saturdays, as I'm sure I've previously mentioned:)
I cant wait for a saturday where we can do something for us!
we had a house inspection today.
I was more obsessive about cleaning than normal. . .my poor hubby.


Ez was out all day with The Boy.

This week has been a strain on all of us & we are all on edge.
Its over now & i need to get back to living & put on my 
happy-oh-everything-is-fine face for the world.
Ez has really struggled these last 2 weeks.
She has assessments & supporting her friend, really late nights.
Its taking its toll.

The weather today matches my mood.
I feel very weary.
The last week has been hard & now its time for me to pull myself together & get on with life.
Enough wallowing!
My Dearest Girls have been lovely, as always.
They are understanding of grief & the road we walk.
I quickly snapped these photos as Ez raced out the door to a movie with The Boy & Boo is 'studying'. . .hmmm have a close look at the computer screen!

Today is a hard day & 7 years ago today My most precious daughter Kate died as a result of a car accident.
It was the worst moment of my life.
I'll never forget the Drs & they're words that destroyed my world as i knew it.
Today i relive everything that happened that day, no matter how hard i try not to.
She was so perfect yet so very broken.
Through the whole experience i had an overwhelming sense of Gods presence.
He is my rock.
I found these words in Kates bible after, 
Courage is the anchor that holds one steady & enables one to go on & on.


Kate wrote that she trusted God in all aspects of her life.
I do try to focus on the positives, YES there are positives.
Kates been gone for 7yrears, 2191 days
BUT we had her for 19yrs 3mths & 4days, 7036 days i delight in this
She was a loving thoughtful daughter who never gave us any trouble, i delight in this
She didn't suffer i delight in this
She showed Gods love to so many people & lots have shared wonderful stories about her, i delight in this
I Delight in the fact that she lived her short life well.
I will love & miss her all of my days but thats ok i wouldn't change a thing.

Ive spent most of the day on the lounge still sick with this stupid virus.
Ez stayed at her friends last night & i didn't sleep well, i never do when they're not here.
Ez went to The Boys house after school & just walked int the door when i announced 'PHOTO TIME'

Boo looks so happy to have her sister home.
Ez looks exhausted.
im worried she is going to crash & burn soon. She is trying to do to much.
